The wheat matters. So does the way it is ground.
Sharbati wheat is chosen for its distinctive wheat taste and the soft texture it
can bring to everyday rotis. At Shubhavni, we take equal care with what happens
after the grain reaches the mill.
Instead of rushing the wheat through a high-speed commercial process, we grind
it at just **91 RPM** on a **natural-stone chakki**. The flour is milled near
ambient temperature, without heat processing, so the grain’s natural character
is treated with care from our stone to your kitchen.
The result is a single-ingredient whole wheat atta made for rotis, phulkas,
parathas, pooris and other everyday wheat preparations.
Why choose Shubhavni Sharbati Atta?
1. Sharbati whole wheat
The pack contains only whole wheat. No maida, improvers, added colour or filler
is listed as an ingredient.
2. Ground at 91 RPM
Our chakki operates at a measured grinding speed of 91 RPM. Slow milling helps
us keep the process near ambient temperature rather than exposing the flour to
the higher heat associated with fast commercial grinding.
3. Natural-stone grinding
The wheat is ground on natural stone, bringing back the traditional processing
method that inspired Shubhavni Atta.
4. Nothing unnecessary added
No additives. No bleaching. No heat processing. Just 100% whole wheat flour.
5. Women-led, from Mainpuri
Sourcing, cleaning, grinding and packing pass through the hands of rural women
in Mainpuri who help run the mill and take charge of the process.
Ingredient: Whole wheat
Allergen: Contains wheat and gluten.
From our stone to your kitchen
We were looking for the kind of atta we remembered from home. That search led us
back to slow, natural-stone grinding. There is no complicated story behind it.
We wanted to make an atta we would be comfortable serving our own family, and
then share it with yours.
Shubhavni SmartFarms was featured under NITI Aayog’s Frontier Tech Initiative
for its saffron innovation. That same attention to process, purity and doing
things carefully guides how we make this atta.
How to use
Use for rotis, chapatis, phulkas, parathas, pooris, wheat breads and other
whole-wheat recipes. Water absorption can vary naturally, so add water gradually
while kneading. Rest the dough before rolling for the texture your family
prefers.
Storage instructions
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, insects and
non-edible items. After opening, seal the pouch properly or transfer the atta to
a clean, dry, airtight food-grade container. Always use a dry spoon or scoop.
