Our Commitment
At Shubhavni SmartFarms, every product is packed with care by our team in Mainpuri, UP. We take quality seriously — from the saffron we grow to the spices we stone-grind. If something goes wrong during transit or packaging, we will make it right.
Food Products — General Policy
Since all our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products. This is standard practice for food safety and hygiene reasons, and applies to all spices, saffron, atta, and besan.
We strongly recommend checking your order at the time of delivery before signing/accepting it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Examples of how we handle this:
— If one bottle in a 6-spice gift box arrives broken, we will ship that one bottle as a replacement.
— If a spice pouch arrives torn or damaged, we will ship a replacement pouch.
— If your saffron glass jar arrives cracked or broken, we will ship a replacement jar.
To raise a damage claim, please WhatsApp us at +91 82184 44545 within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted since we cannot verify transit damage after that window.
Wrong Item Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item received and your order number. We will ship the correct item at no extra cost.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will investigate and ship the missing item promptly.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, WhatsApp us immediately at +91 82184 44545 with your order number.
Refunds
