Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shubhavni SmartFarms (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ships across India from our facility in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh.

Order processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next business day. During festival periods dispatch may take a little longer; we will tell you if that affects your order.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 10 days depending on your location. Metros and larger cities are typically at the shorter end of that range, remote and hill locations at the longer end.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery depends on our courier partners and can be affected by weather, local restrictions and public holidays.

Delivery partners

We ship through multiple courier partners, with Delhivery as our preferred partner. Where a PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we attempt delivery through India Post.

Serviceable areas

We deliver to the majority of PIN codes across India. If your PIN code cannot be serviced, we will contact you before dispatch and offer either an alternative route or a full refund.

We currently ship within India only.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹599. Orders below ₹599 carry a flat delivery charge of ₹59. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹800, with a handling fee of ₹49. Orders above ₹800 are prepaid only. Please keep exact change ready — our delivery partners cannot provide change.

Tracking your order

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. If you have not received them within 3 business days of ordering, write to [email protected].

Checking your parcel

Our spices travel in glass jars. Please check your parcel at the time of delivery before accepting it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent and tell us the same day.

Damaged or defective items are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
