Our products

We sell saffron, spices, flours and related food products grown and processed in India.

Product photographs are indicative. Natural agricultural products vary in colour, size and aroma between batches and seasons; this variation is normal and is not a defect. Weights stated are net weights at the time of packing.

Information on this site about the traditional or nutritional uses of our products is provided for general interest only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or banking details. Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹800, subject to a ₹49 handling fee.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is out of stock, a PIN code is not serviceable, a price has been listed in error, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive use. Where we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items, other than as set out in that policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy, reproduce or republish our content, photographs, brand names or logos without our written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, photographs, graphics, the Shubhavni name and logo — belongs to Shubhavni SmartFarms (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. or is used with permission.

Reviews and submissions

Where you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and grant us permission to publish it. We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Liability

We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
