We grow saffron indoors using controlled-environment techniques. This ensures consistent purity, traceability and lab-tested strength (crocin, picrocrocin, safranal) regardless of climate.
Yes—100% pure stigma threads. Bloom a few strands in warm milk/water; colour releases gradually (not instantly), threads remain red, and aroma is warm & honey-like.
